About Kielan Tayler

Kielan has more than 20 years of international business experience, delivering projects and initiatives for an international blue chip client base, including five years with consulting firm, CapGemini UK. On her path to specialising in executive coaching and leadership development she has been an aircraft charter broker, taken a logistics company from loss to profit, worked with Eastern Europe doing business development, specialized in change management consultancy and home educated her children.

An accredited coach, with an MBA and a wide range of professional qualifications, she is passionate about leadership development. She coaches and supports female senior executives all over the globe, building leadership skills and providing outstanding client support through the formation of dynamic and challenging coaching partnerships. She has co-authored a women in Leadership programme which won an international DEI award.

Kielan is also a mentor for female postgraduate students at Birkbeck University, London, and a coach with the UK Centre for Entrepreneurship.
